We understand the importance of working closely with parents and our role in helping to support parents with raising their children. We offer an exceptional service, providing parents with detailed feedback and transparency at all times.

The key elements of our parent feedback/reporting are as follows:

We are proud to work with Nursery In a Box to enable parents to access a bespoke “Child Journey” app. The Nursery In a Box technology allows high quality, in-depth observations documenting your child’s learning to be shared instantly with parents/carers. Parents can see progression and significant learning observations linked to our curriculum and frameworks. In addition, a child’s key worker will share snapshots of what your child is doing at the nursery through our child diary system.

• Parents can also actively engage with "Child Journeys" by contributing to observations with comments and uploading their own ‘mini observations’. Progress and achievements can be shared via photos and videos to be included to a child’s record. This evidence can then be linked to the EYFS framework to further assist with progression monitoring.

• Formal termly review and reporting - progress reviewed at the end of each term. An individual report based on observations by your child's allocated key worker.

• Regular progress check for all children between the age of 2 and 3 years old will be carried out consistent with current Government guidance.

• Termly parent evenings providing a face-to-face opportunity to discuss your child's progress.

• Ad hoc interactions, whether at drop-off/pick-up or other scheduled meetings or calls.
